Wheatgrass is renowned for its extremely high concentration of chlorophyll, but it is also high in cellulose, which renders it indigestible to humans. When however, wheatgrass is processed into powder, tablets or juice it is digestible which means we can utilise the numerous benefits of wheatgrass and what it has to offer our health.
